Performance wise there are probably many other rubbers that match or outperform it, but what makes the Tenergies (T05) special is the clicking sound and feel of the spring sponge that's pretty unique. I guess lots of people stay with that rubber due to the unique feel it gives.

Big Dipper is less of a chinese traditional rubber, more of a true hybrid. To me this is the better choice for backhand because my forehand is wide-stroke but my backhand prefer short-stroke

I would guess that if OP also boosted the Jupiter 3, it's throw and arc would be medium to medium-high as well. The softer hardness at 37 may also increase arc height. But I could be wrong.
