  1. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 3.0 - Bug Report

Not related to the site, but 365dayloans should probably be banned. P.S.: Attaching images works flawlessly, hurrah!
  2. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 3.0 - Bug Report

The upgraded site looks very nice and clean. Good job TTD! But the most important question is whether @Tony's Table Tennis is still the final "liker" :-) of posts! In other words, if he reacts to a post, can other people add their reactions without crashing the site.

  4. San Francisco looking for training partner.

I wasn't aware of it, hence my surprise.
  5. San Francisco looking for training partner.

Did he really say he'd quit competing and would concentrate on coaching, etc?
  6. ? ? BTY Viscaria price increased massively

Still £129 at https://www.teessport.com/blades-c5/butterfly-viscaria-off-table-tennis-blade-p9071 here in UK.
  7. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Which league do you play in (just curious)?
  8. What is the equipment used by the TTD team??

Watch the TTD knockout video - they talk about their equipment between matches.
  9. Butterfly Garaydia zlc or Viscaria super ALC

Why not get another HL5? Both alternatives you listed have a very different feel compared to HL5.
  10. Tenergy 05 or 05fx?

I think you misunderstood me. The point is not that softer rubbers cannot be used successfully by top players (though citing Kreanga or Lebesson as example only proves that usage of softer rubbers at that level is an exception) - it's just that T05 FX is easier to use by amateurs, especially at...
  11. Tenergy 05 or 05fx?

You'll get better advice after posting a video of your gameplay obviously. In absence of that, T05 FX is a safer choice based on our description. Unless you play in a top division of your local league and/or are band 4 or above standard.
  12. DHS fans unite!

My browser is showing 43.14 € per sheet at aliexpress + free shipping to UK. And speed-and-spin web site does not have it in 41 dedgree hardness which is what latej wanted.

Here's a New Year present for you - blue sponge in 37-41 degree harness:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002394564720.html
  14. Kou Lei vs Ayano

Reverse pendulum serve is Kou Lei's signature serve. Ayano is a much better player than I am (or will ever be) but having played other pro-level players in Grand Prix events here in UK, like Vlasov or McBeath, who use that serve quite a bit it is really not surprising that even she found it very...
  15. The Dark Side of Table Tennis | AntiSpin

You were the first to mention short pips in this thread and dingyibvs responded to that.
  16. Basic advice on knowing spin from long pips?

That link was literally in the first reply to the OP, lol.
  17. Tibhar MX-K H and MX-K M

IMO, there are mainly two issues at play here. One is Tibhar's marketing policy which intentionally restricts certain rubber models to specific geographic markets. This means that anyone who wants to try these rubbers, say in Europe, has to jump through extra hassles. Another is that these...
  18. How to remove the glue from the rubber's sponge?

Grab a rubber kitchen glove and gently rub the glue off.
  19. Any Tibhar Hybrid K2 users?

Lol, it's the opposite for me. I would not mind trying a rubber that had the K2 topsheet on the K3 sponge :-)
  20. Any Tibhar Hybrid K2 users?

codexx rubbers at contra are 46.90 euros, k2 at ttnpp are a steal at 30. In terms of performance, if you want a faster H3, nothing comes close to K2.
