No not at all, and the top sheet of the Chinese rubbers are more often harder than the European, more elastic top sheets as well. So you'll have to calculate with this as well.

From my experience the Joola and Stiga rubbers hardness is comparable :)

It was some years ago that I played with the H3-50, but I remember that it didn't do anything quite good. I think it's the softer sponge combined with the harder top sheet that didn't work for me in some way. No spin and no speed. The H3 37deg is a better rubber for someone that has really good...

You should check out Yinhe - Big Dipper 38/39deg, LOKI - GTX PRO, Giant Dragon - TopEnergy Soft, Giant Dragon - Storm Soft, 729 - Battle III 38deg. GTX PRO might be about 50 grams cut, but the others use to be more light weight. 729 - Presto Max Spin is untacky, but could be good if you look...

Go for the Sanwei V5 PRO instead. It's the same price and available in CPEN

I always come back to this one, and it's superb with harder rubbers. I don't really know what it is, but it gives me sufficient control as well as speed :)

Check out Palio AK47 Blue or 729 Focus 3 Snipe. They are softer, more linear rubbers. Now they aren't spin monsters, but they might help you developing your backhand technique...
