My setup is now 192g, but sometimes it's more like 197, sometimes even slightly over 200g. I remember in some video ZJK said setup really should be like 214g, or 210-220g range, LOL. All is relative...

It is hard for non-Norway people to answer your question, because we don't know the ELO ranges. But important is, you're going up. I'd add that you should compare also with other people in Norway, e.g. the club-members. Are they also going up this way, or are they stagnating but on higher ELO...
