Depends how much power you produce. Rxton 3, 7, 9, H3 are all quite low rebound. Battle 2 has slightly awkward throw angle IMO. Dragon Pro has low throw angle, and not really hard enough for FH.

I think that is true. In the end, really what matters most is how the sponge itself responds to booster. After 1 layer, the 2nd layer really doesn't do much.
