  1. Hurricane 8, underrated, overlooked rubber?

Yes I think it improves a lot with some booster. I felt a great difference using H8-80 38deg with and without booster.
  2. Hurricane 8, underrated, overlooked rubber?

Yep. Totally different sponge and even though the top sheet has the same number, I feel a great difference there as well, but it might have to do with the sponge being so different...?
  3. What’s a blade or rubber you keep coming back to?

Yinhe V14 PRO, DHS H3 41deg and Yinhe Big Dipper 38deg, and I try a lot of other stuff all the time :)

That's strange. I think you should tell your dealer and get a new one. 729 would be happy to get this information.

Yeah. The Big Dipper 38deg will feel very different 😀👍
  6. Haifu Whale 2?

Quite a while. 😉 No It is probably similar to the normal boosters but it works and leaves faster. I don't think that the booster works for a week and then just stops like that. If you play all the time you won't notice that much until you boost again I guess
  7. Haifu Whale 2?

The maximum effect is 4-6 hours and then starts to wear off, so it will probably feel good for a while after as well.
  8. Haifu Whale 2?

No it's not that bad. If I do more than 3-4 rubbers at a time I open a window a bit....

Thank you Kolev. I'm trying to keep up the good work :)
  10. Haifu Whale 2?

No it goes back to the size it had before.
  11. Haifu Whale 2?

As long as it's glued to the blade and your glue is strong enough I guess :)
  12. Haifu Whale 2?

Well. I don't know exactly, but the rubber is still stretched so I guess it's that effect that's still there. As the booster works so fast and dries up quickly must indicate that the effect wears off quite fast to.
  13. What is the difference of DHS Hurricane 8 VS Hurricane 8-80 rubber.

The biggest difference is the much more softer, springy sponge in the H8-80. And I feel that the top sheets too are quite different. Even though the ITTF numbers are the same, the H8-80 top sheet feels much more elastic than the original H8. These two rubbers are very different.
  14. Haifu Whale 2?

Yep. It's a booster that gives most effect the day it's applied. According to Haifu the Blue Whale II gives maximal effect for 4-6 hours and Blue Whale III, which is a bit more runny lasts a bit longer. I feel that the effect is really good the same day and then wears off bit by bit quite faster...

  16. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yes I did. I think you could get rich doing this brush/lid assembly and charge Haifu for fixing all their broken products ;)
  17. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Ah. They don't match? But an engineer might be able to fix that right? ;)
  18. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Hey. There are threads on the brush, so you can just spin it back into the lid :)
  19. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yep Strange. But I glued my 47deg to a blade for testing and show just yesterday, and the sponge is hard and the feeling is really DHS 40-41, more 41 actually.
  20. Top 10 Best Backhand Rubbers of All Time

Well. It just depends on how you play the game, and how good your technique and footwork are. Do you play topspins with a big arm movement, mainly the wrist, or are you more of a puncher. Take almost any of the top 50-100 in the world and these rubbers would fit nicely on this list. But there...
