    Check tibhar smash clamp (not the table, the net kit) . The opening is roughly 10 cm.

    Higher number harder. 39 DHS scale is about as hard MX-D. The harder the rubber the harder it is to play that faster it POTENTIALLY can play. If you cannot compress it with your stroke, you will NOT get the benefits. 37 should have similar combined hardness as your tenergy

    Also with tackies, you can just open the blade angle and the ball will get to the other side of the table. It won't kill the guy, but based on videos you posted that is good enough.
