I would stick to tenergy 05 on the backhand .. I have a Viscaria with each on either side , using T05 H on the FH but the T05 on the BH is a little older .. .. I will switch it around next week and let you know how it feels

I have played with it for approx. 4 hours now ... I am curious to hear how you feel about the amount of spin on the serve especially on the low toss ones , compared to regular Tenergy 05 ...

I have played with it for 4-5 hours now .. it has a lot of potential but you need technique to engage the sponge for low impact shots like serve etc. Its great for countering .. as great as Hurricane ... for blocking you need to be a little more precise than regular 05 but its not that difficult...

For most players one side is dominant to begin with ... so if he is a forehand dominant player that means most likely he has played 1000s of more balls on the forehand side than the backhand side ... hence the feeling on the FH side is is way more than the BH side ... obviously he will hit more...

Welcome to the forum... you could search on the forum there is a Penholders thread with some discussion on this topic and I am sure you will get a lot of help ... Another thing to think about ... if you are starting after 20 years ... why not switch to shakehand ? Its just that backhand is...

First off all the question by the OP is why it works ... well it works because the longer you let the ball drop the less spin it has and you are basically looping up so you have a greater window of timing the ball without a significant change in the angle of the paddle and the stroke ... and...

Then it all makes sense ... she knew she had no chance ...

It also seems like WM chokes a little bit .. I could see no new ideas or even efforts to change it up .. when it was clear that she could not get ZY BH-BH .. .why not try to mix it up and switch the game to forehand ? ... also no time out !!! .. I don't understand .. unless she got injured...
