Try using VPN, but it might not have all tables. Have a free trial for YT TV and it has NBC and ESPN. It should have the live stream. Cancel the free trial with one month.

The timing is definitely not paced for looping backspin ball. It seems that you do not have/know the correct timing yet. And it is usually better to start with a slower pace than faster one. You can wait until the top of the bounce before you back swing. And hitting too hard is not a good way...
