To me the tackiness is fine, it's comparable to TG2. I have regular H3 though, not H3 NEO version and boost it myself with either Haifu or Falco Tempo Long. Works well until it bubbles, then I just mindlessly replace it with next sheet of H3.

Yup, commercial or provincial (the one that is sold worldwide) are fine for us mortals. Table Tennis Gan proves this in his review videos, where he plays with commercial rubber just fine and top spins are deadly. Just boost it with 1-2 layers and the H3 becomes another beast, even commercial one.

Intersting feedback. I've found H8-80 to be good, but not powerful enough. With G-1 or C-1 I can produce powerful topspins with both speed and spin. With H8-80 it's either fast, but not so spinny or very spinny, but slow and with my technique there's no middle ground for some reason...sticking...
