I think saying "rubber has low arc" is the same as saying it has "low throw angle"... Let's say we speak about BH, put simply, with rubber which has "low throw angle" it may feel harder to open against backspin, but it may feel easier to block opponents top-spin. It's a bit like a trade-off...

RXX is like harder R7, I play with it now, it's very good, but perhaps on the hardness-edge for my BH level... But who knows, you may like it... It really is so personal, as I see in the replies here... E.g. the Z2 didn't feel good for flicking at all to me, too hard top-sheet, and some people...
