agree with tom , this was part of the reason I stopped training in the first places when I saw coaches penny pinching and not investing in plastic balls for multiballs ...atleast for me it does not make any sense to be using anything else for multiball

I ussually play approx. 1.5 hours 5 times a week , but most of it is casual matches , singles and mostly doubles for want of tables and time ... planning to cut it down to more meaningful time on the table ... but probably would need a more drastic plan of action to do that ... lets see ...

Nice video Musaab . My two cents : 1. Try not to fall back from the table too much , you should not fall behind the line where you are starting your initial movement when receiving serve no matter what ... atleast for now .. this should help you shorten your strokes and use compact body...
