Why don't you ask Anders Lind himself? I think he is a nice fellow that would be very happy to ask any of these questions. The problem is that he probably does not know about the equipment as much as many of the tt nerds here.

Do not recommend either one. These are pre-assembled paddles. If you are playing seriously, you need DIY a paddle. Buy a stiga clipper cr and it can accompany with you for a long time.
Strong glues like DHS No. 15 or Nittaku glue give a little boosting on speed, but it goes away soon. For regular players, no need to really reglue in a short time. Maybe after a couple of months, regluing will help a little bit.
To me, D09C does not pair very well with a Falcima. I think Tenergy might be a better choice. At least not D09C on both sides. D05 might be better than D09C, but not sure whether on both sides
The thing for Viscaria super alc is that its feedback on light touch is not good, basically numb. If you play a lot of short touches, then it is not for you.
