Amy seems content with her fast counter and smash game. And she's great at it, but when her opponent's spin level goes above her comfort level, she doesn't have an answer. This is why I see more promise in Sally Moyland who has a well developed spin game from both wings.

I disagree. Shin Yubin is still S. Korea's best player. It's just that her losses get amplified because she's their star player.

Tough opening match for 11th seed, CIC. She loses 3-2 to Lee Eunhye, a solid player who has had some good wins including over Miu HIrano at the Asian Champs and Annett Kaufmann who had just beaten Miwa 3-0 at the Olympics.
