  1. DHS 968 Thread

I'm probably a regular EU size M at 70 kg/180cm, so Asia XL then?
  2. DHS 968 Thread

I suppose the EU size L t-shirts I use are unusually small for their size. A regular M should be my regular size. Actually my ideal weight is a notch below or around 70 kg at 1,80m, since I have a slim build/slender frame. What about Li-ning shorts? Do you go for XL there too?
  3. DHS 968 Thread

About the t-shirt: what size do you use? Li-ning shorts and t-shirts are really cheap at Pro TT, but the sizing is really weird. I'm 180 cm/75 kg and usually wears size L. What "asian" size would you recommend fits me?
  4. Aliexpress Singles Day 2024

The youtube video has a link to their web shop https://hiratakuya.shop-pro.jp/?pid=182144030 and that racket is clearly the more expensive outer version, the very same for sale at HWSPORT store for 93.99 euros: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005006290231872.html
  5. DHS 7-ply allwood blade?

Is it a racket you would recommend to a low intermediate player? Is the regular 5-ply DHS Hurricane Hao a good start? How does it compare to other brands, like Butterfly, Stiga, Tibhar etc? And why does the DHS Hurricane Hao II cost two to three times more than the original version? What about...
  6. Aliexpress Singles Day 2024

I also ordered the LOKI Arthur W81 Inner from HWSPORT store and paid 48.17 euros , this one: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007788877194.html I think the japanese promotion video is dealing with another more expensive version, LOKI W81 PRO Super ALC, for sale at HWSPORT store for 93.99...
  7. Aliexpress Singles Day 2024

Not too bad, but this particular Victas model is really crazy cheap in its home country, Swat ST a mere USD 30.41 at tt-japan.net Flared handle is 35.94. Roughly half price compared to tt shops in EU. Same goes for other Victas rackets, ZX GEAR IN is only USD 82.94, really good price...
  8. Joola Rhyzen Ice and Fire Rubbers

Anyone here who can compare Nittaku Factive, Victas VJ > 07 Regular and Joola Rhyzen Ice? Is the Nittaku the slowest and more beginnerfriendly of them?
  9. Easy-To-Use Tensor Rubbers

Anyone here who has played with Andro GTT 45, Nittaku Factive, Victas VJ > 07 Regular and Joola Rhyzen Ice? I know that the Andro and Nittaku rubber, at least to one somewhat new to table tennis, would feel pretty similar. But howabout the other two? Noticable faster than the first ones?
  10. WTT CHAMPIONS MONTPELLIER

    Duda, Where's My Car?
  11. WTT CHAMPIONS MONTPELLIER

What do you think, will Truls be able to revenge his recent defeat against LeBrun? WTT fan vote says 58% for Moregard and 42% for LeBrun.
  12. How to navigate through Stigas line of 5-ply allwood blades?

ttgearlab writes: "Thanks to its moderate elasticity and soft feeling, ‘Cybershape Wood’ can be the perfect solution for entry level players." https://ttgearlab.com/2023/04/04/stiga-cybershape-series-lab-test/ So my conclusion is that it would work just fine for beginners, wouldn't it?
  13. How to navigate through Stigas line of 5-ply allwood blades?

Thank you for the detailed answer! I also think Offensive Classic would be a good first choice. But why no love for Energy Wood, wouldn't it be even easier to handle for a relative beginner? Yes, the RRP for the Nostalgic series might be way too high here in EU, but tt-japan are selling them...
  14. How to navigate through Stigas line of 5-ply allwood blades?

Anyone here who can contribute with their experience and use of said series?
  15. How to navigate through Stigas line of 5-ply allwood blades?

Hi, I'm a relative new table tennis player using a Victas Dyna Five Hard and now I want to try a different brand, Stiga. What would you suggestions be for me? And how would a "natural" progression look within Stigas line of 5-ply allwood rackets? I figured that Energy Wood V2 WRB would make a...
  16. New Stiga Mantra Pro

Bump! I have the same question: Too fast maybe? Or would Stiga Pro M/S, Mantra Sound/Control or DNA Future M be better choices? The racket would be either Stiga Cybershape Wood or Stiga Nostalgic Offensive.
  17. ETTU European Championships 2024

What a sensation that Gauzy loses in straight sets to this lower ranked polish youngster, Redzimski. Funnily enough, the commentators tell an anectode about how Redzimski always plays in a red shirt, never another color, because of his last name. Translated to english it appatently means red shirt!
  18. Anybody ordered from tokspin.com? Legit or scam?

Good idea, I'll do that! Thank you for the suggestion!
  19. Anybody ordered from tokspin.com? Legit or scam?

But the thing is that tokspin's prices are roughly half compared with average Aliexpress prices. If I buy 4-5 rackets and as many rubbers at tokspin it will cost about USD 150 vs USD 300 through Aliexpress. Quite a difference, to me at least.
  20. Anybody ordered from tokspin.com? Legit or scam?

Would you recommend me to order then, yes or no?
