Hi, Just wondering if you only own 1 SOC ? Or 2 ? If you have 2, then you could try a light sealer coat on one blade (as Carl suggested) as an experiment , as mentioned this could / would change the feel. Other than that, good advice in the thread for a new blade!!

Hi, When I initially tested the sheets, just by pinching, thumb & forefinger, both sheets felt pretty similar!!!! (TD & TE) Similar when they were glued on the blade. The ‘springiness’ I mentioned in the review, is more likely to be the softness of the top sheet rather than the sponge. But...

There was one strange tackiness test, on one of the 10 tests with R48 the ball held for about 3 seconds !!! Weird !!! I discounted this as a ‘rogue’ result, all the other tries produced no hold at all !!!

I think the Triple Regular is the re-branded TSP rubber. The Triple Extra and Triple Double Extra have slightly different top sheets and new sponges.

Hi, As I haven’t used either of these rubbers, I’m not sure where they would sit in the list, closer to CTR or very bouncy ESN/Spring sponge? Looking for a a post from someone that has used K1/K2 and possibly a couple of the rubbers already listed to advise.

Yep, apologies, it’s C1 that is about 60 degrees, 55 degrees is pretty hard though!!
