Loki V5 is very cheap or Yinhe N12. Both are cheap blades but quality is good. Personally, I'm using V5. It's good enough for my level and I think it will be good enough for you too. As for rubbers, volant phoenix from double fish is also a solid choice. It does everything well and quite durable.
