I'd say the Yasaka Ma Lin Soft Carbon, the Victas Swat, the Butterfly Innerforce ALC and the Joola Rossi Emotion are worth looking into.

IFL ZLC, Apolonia and Franziska are basically the same blade, with exact same comp. I tested them side by side, did not feel any difference. Harimoro ZLC too, it just has a slightly larger head.

He did say it is the black sponge version. He also said it is 37-38 degrees on the DHS scale which translates to 47-49 degrees Euro, so it's medium to medium hard for a Chinese rubber, and medium hard to hard if compared to a Euro/Japanese rubber.

I don't think it was you guys, probably a difference in weight, balance or density between the 2 blades you tried, like you could find between any 2 IF ZLC or between any 2 Apolonias, Viscarias...

Yes, and it was exactly like my IF ZLC. The player I swapped it with is very high level (France Top 300) and said the same about my blade vs. his Apolonia, no surprise there! : D
