  1. Softer rubber or hurricane?

Yes, I like how easy it is to use. 47.5 is decent soft and gives enough spin in the rally. But it doesn't have the best first ball attack on forehand and the quality in serves is lower.
  2. Softer rubber or hurricane?

Hello! Some information, I am a good young intermediate player that is purely offensive. My strengths are my first attack, serve, flip and good sportsman ship. My coach said i have a lot of "feeling" and should that my current equipment is too fast for me. Equipment using: Blade: Sanwei Fextra...
  3. Tenergy 05 vs. DNA Platinum M???

Well, i used DNA Pro and Plat Hard+Medium. I can say those rubbers are super controlled, You can be very creative in every shot. I feel like Tenergy 05 is a medium rubber and makes a lot more spin. DNA can make a lot less forced errors into your shots. I just like the pure power of T05 more due...
  4. ZLC blade rubbers recommendations

Thank you! This has given me good insight. So basicly i should probably use same rubbers as on my previous blade and see the difference! I already use Hammond Z2 which i enjoy a lot! Do you find Fastarc-g1 a lot slower then z2?
  5. Can Anyone Educate Me on the Butterfly Lin Gaoyuan ALC Blade?

Lin Gaoyuan alc is very nice, I use 7 ply wood blade off+ and LGY Alc has similar control. The weight is comfortabel, and the spin is good. I had T05 both sides. I'd say go for it.

  7. Recommended carbon blade

My current set up is a 7 ply wood blade with 50 degree rubbers. I tried out the butterfly lin gaoyuan alc with t05 from a friend and i liked it. Are there any cheaper carbon blades are softer and more flexible, what would you recommend?
  8. San Francisco looking for training partner.

The 3-2 ply combo is very specific, This is a combo that very few people like. Not quite commercial. You see a lot of discontinued blades such as Joola eagle carbon or the Garaydia series. It is more of a hit style, while a large portion of players is topspin looping. 5-2 is for most players...
  9. Switching to Hurricane 3Neo / 8?

I have a spare innerforce carbon blade and i would like to perhaps switch from European type to chinese tacky rubbers. I train 5 hours a week-ish. Is there a backhand type rubber that is light tensor like that you would recommend? (Under €40ish would be referred)
