    I am also wondering on what blade to use. Using Viscaria,.I like crisp feel. But control on short games is not good for me. Wanting to use hurricane long 5 but afraid it will be too soft.

    I understand it well. But I am thinking that because it is inner layer carbon, if I misread a serve it will be forgiving compared to outer ply.

    I believe you need to get a blade with good feedback Or vibration. you will improve faster with your stroke because in your stroke, there will be a vibration that you will know if you are hitting the ball correctly or not. Imo. Sanwei v5 is a good choice one of the top 10 from pingsunday.com...
