Unfortunately it seems its the trend in new rubbers to go non tacky. That's why I've started to gravitate towards Chinese rubbers lately. I'm not convinced non tacky is better than tacky. When I hit with a tacky rubber I get the feeling the ball locks into the rubber and I can manipulate it...

Let's hope it's still tacky but faster sponge. And more available.

Welp, I got my G888 and it's nowhere near as tacky as that. It barely picks up the ball at all. In 5 tries it picked it up about 3 inches then dropped. It's not tacky at all. Looks like the new DHS formulation has spread to the G888 line too. So disappointing 😢

The shipping said it was delivered. So I got no refund.

I can't say I agree with refunds. I've had instances of where the product never showed up. They required proof of nothing showing up with pictures.....

I actually had two Japanese friends that were angry about the nuclear bombs dropped on Japan. Yes, it was horrific and terrible. The US thought long and hard to use it. But in the end the justification was to end the war with minimal US casualties. No fault there since it was during a war...

You completely missed the point. You simplify the game to hit the ball on the opposite side. Duh..... but to play at higher levels it takes athleticism and skill which equipment would give you an advantage. You're trying to justify distorting the game to allow equipment advantage. Why not...

The point of the post if I'm readying correctly is that someone who is out of shape has very little skills and uses weird equipment can easily beat an athletic, skilled player. That is a very negative view of the sport IMO. How many other sports do you know that a player who is less skilled...

I found it too heavy and slow for my liking. I didn't play with it long enough to judge longevity but I'm guessing the tackiness goes away sooner than H3.

IMO I don't think it's a good idea unless you have an injury. It's like using a leg crutch if you don't have a broken leg. Your body will atrophy since it's not being stressed so it doesn't need to strengthen that area. I have knee problems but I only use the brace if I haven't been doing...

When I tried Viscaria I thought it was too slow for me. Then again I'm used to the Amultart speed.

All they have to do is trace the original blade and cut out new ones. They don't really need the dimensions.
