  1. Belgian National Champions : J.M. Saive once more.

Sorry to interfere, but he I really hate JMS. He is a very smart player, back in the days he was the most explosive looper of all the top players and he was really annoying to Waldner as an opponent (waldner didnt like playing against jms and he lost several times from him). I have much...
  2. Why table tennis isnt so popular? Any suggestions?

Another question! Where was the first time you played table tennis? Did you have a table in your school to play between lessons?
  3. Soft vs Hard Rubbers

yeap ! all of the hurricanes are very tacky and with good durability. Mine is boosted 4-5 times and I am using it for the last 6 months. When I let a ball under my paddle for 5-6 minutes it can still lift it for half a second.
  4. Why table tennis isnt so popular? Any suggestions?

I think that in chinese super league when the ball goes away from the table and the players need to go fetch it to continue (wasting time and playing with the spectators nerves...specs wanna see action not players chasing a ball) , the umpires provide them with a new one. What do you think...
  5. Soft vs Hard Rubbers

A thin contact (not less contact time...) means that you brush the ball more and hit less. Buy this one http://www.megaspin.net/store/default.asp?pid=lkt-instinct . Its very good and cheap blade for beginners. Dont play the hurricane without booster it is not worth it! Other buy a booster (dian...
  6. Why table tennis isnt so popular? Any suggestions?

Hmmm Timo Boll in an interview suggested color balls so that everybody can read the spin. Either as a player or a spectator...It would be the first thing to induce if I was president. With color balls spectators can understand better what is going on and why the ball popped really high after...

  9. Why table tennis isnt so popular? Any suggestions?

Well dont have much to say, I thought it would be a good idea to exchange some knowledge and to grasp your opinions :) Is it because non playing fans cannot understand TT when they watch it on a high level? Is it too fast for the average TV spectator? What changes would you make if you were...
  10. Wang Liqin's demonstrates amazing touch!

I strongly believe that! I would be surprised if it was a boosted rubber with so much tackiness. If such a rubber exists I need it badly!
  11. Soft vs Hard Rubbers

Read my previous post if you like :) It is rather unlikely that the 729 FX produces more spin that the hurricane. Maybe you feel that way because it is softer thus giving you more feedback in your palm. Of course the fact that you have an OFF+ blade plays an important role in the dwell time of...
  12. Soft vs Hard Rubbers

Sponge hardness is a topic that is often misunderstood. Various amounts of spin & speed are produced on the ball depending on several factors... These factors are 1)Dwell time (mostly related to spin but in soft rubbers it creates speed also) 2)Power of the stroke (related to spin & spin...
  13. Kalinikos Kreanga - Training for WC 2013

It was an exhibition training between kreanga and national team member dimitris papadimitriou, at larisa Greece. Check 05:22!
  14. Wang Liqin's demonstrates amazing touch!

Dude! There is no such thing as a special pro tenergy & tacky. Tensored rubbers are produced at the ESN factory in Germany, non of the popular tensor rubbers is tacky That's right! I am dying to know the mechanics of this rubber
  15. Wang Liqin's demonstrates amazing touch!

I really doubt that he can play his backhand effectively with this rubber but I am not 100% sure about this.. I would like to know the exact situation of this rubber boosted/unboosted and if he is using to his BH full tacky rubbers like that. BH motion has less energy than the FH so you have to...
  16. Jun Mizutani tests Tenergy 80 (VIDEO)

Couldn't agree more! Tenergy 80 is not a rubber that came out of space. The topsheet is the same with the previous tenergies, the pimple structure is a little different and the sponge is softer. It is something between T64 & T05
  17. Wang Liqin's demonstrates amazing touch!

I wonder if it's boosted or not...if it is boosted (tackiness falls down a bit when the rubber is boosted) then this is the perfect forehand rubber! Speedy and spinny at the same time! It is easy to do this trick with a tacky non boosted rubber out of the package...especially with skyline2.
  18. Qatar Open 2013 - ITTF World Tour

Finally some mental toughness from ma long! He let yan an make the unforced errors. Clever tactics from yan an also... He won many crucial points by giving ML room to attack and then quickly he fell back in position to counter attack. All in all experience was a crucial factor for this game
  19. TableTennisDaily do the Harlem Shake!

    hahahaahhahah dude you're absolutely hilarious! p.s. colo terori...ta !
  20. Qatar Open 2013 - ITTF World Tour

I want to see a 4-3 showdown between ZJK and ML no matter who wins it. Im sick and tired of these one sided finals. Ma Long should relax a bit, everytime he feels the pressure collapses. ZJK played extremely well in the final but both players were tired and not really enjoying the game.
