Price / performance will be important for this one. Here in the UK the official price seems to be £42, or approx JPY5800. That's still expensive in comparison with most of the "easy to use" market, and only "cheap" in comparison with butterfly's own market-rigged tenergy price.

No, the rebranded ones will likely have a different name. Stiga look to be calling theirs "Perform 40+", for example, and Donic are going with P40+.

Two things - will the price stay that low (and subquestion - will the rebranded ones be as low?), and it might take a looong time if clubs have purchased bulk loads of other balls (we got 144 seamless several years ago and still have 2/3 left). But hopefully!

I have a suspicion that the seamless factory has been pushing a more "premium" service approach recently. I really like Nexy and Xiom seamless balls - they feel harder than XSF and have fewer eggs per box, but they're much more expensive. So maybe the best balls are being skimmed off the top...

Shining dragon has been available for several months, and came out last year IIRC. It's stocked by many of the main webstores.
