  1. DHS Hurricane 3 Neo on Stiga Cybershape

I agree, boosting directly into the sponge would make the sponge wet and oily, and harder to remove glue later on. Now I always apply a layer of glue before boosting, then glue it to the blade without a second layer
  2. Just curious how many Penholders are on TTD?

pretty similar to my grip, but I don't press the thumb, I let the thumb loose to loosen my wrist more, and my racket angle more open. Letting the index finger guide the racket, I find my FH much more stable in all the shots, but my RPB loose some power but that's fine. I've tried Rakza 7, 9, X...
  3. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

I guess today they use more synthetic rubber to increase the speed and to withstand the boosting effect and also the impact of the ball. In my knowledge, only Yasaka Rakza 7 claimed to have mostly natural latex and that rubber live long as hell
  4. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

seems correct, high performance rubber means they have to apply heavy boosting that reduced its lifespan. Maybe the tt companies had some deals with ITTF to make the ball bigger to increase the sales :ROFLMAO:
  5. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

I noticed old generation rubbers tend to last longer, new rubbers today wear out too quickly, I don't know if that's just marketing tricks or compensation for the higher performance ? In my experience, most of my latest rubbers now either lost grippyness or catapult effect by half after 2 months...
  6. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

sorry maybe I did not use the right word, I mean when the rubber loses its grip so much that affect my performance, usually 2-3 months. Or the rubber's pimples are broken like this (especially common for Chinese rubber, also 2-3 months)
  7. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

It does not take that long, usually my rubbers' lifespan is around 2-3 months. I also reglue when the edges are not stick on the blade while playing
  8. Advice to prevent ESN rubber shrinkage?

I glue once and play until the rubber is dead

  10. Stiga Offensive Classic vs. Avalox P500

I don't know about that Stiga blade but I played P500 and P700 few years ago. They have outstanding control, the P500 has more vibration but beware its outer layer is prone to damage so some lacquer protection is needed
  11. Welcome to TableTennisDaily 3.0 - Bug Report

  12. Lebrun brothers join Tibhar

Looks like that Serbia guy played 120% in this match, many risky shots but he had a good game
  13. Avalox

they changed to Avallo AVX (http://www.avalloavx.com) in around 2015 2016. I've not heard from them since their Tosios blade, too bad because P700 is my very first blade and one of the best feeling blade I've played
  14. The most Gen Z table tennis moment just happened

In tournaments I've seen players wearing bracelets and rings, but is Apple Watch allowed ?
  15. Battle 2 National

I've played B2 Gold for 4 years, one of my favorite FH rubbers. Indeed it's very hard even boosted. Chinese rubber for BH is doable with 37-38 degrees, B2 Pro Orange 37d sounds more feasible, also Dragon F is very good and it looks cool
  16. Are the rest of the World catching China?

Coach Qin's retirement will be a huge loss for CNT, so we won't see those legendary coaches no more (Coach Wu, Coach Qin) 😢
  17. New Cpen and rubbers need some help

"Was thinking of nittaku fastarc G-1 or also looking at Stiga mantra pro in M and of course butterfly 05 and 05 dignics." - there you have it, the Butterfly 05 is pretty good if you want to stay far from table, meanwhile Dignics 05 might be too hard and suit for playing close to table. MXP is a...
  18. Training vs Tournament ?

some nice fast long serves there 😲
  19. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Sounds like you are an advanced player already, I wonder which style you are and how does that J3 give you advantage in your game ?
  20. Andro C53 or Tibhar K3

Did you compare their topsheet durability ? In my case Dragon Grip only last nearly 2 months before topsheet lose all Grip, only Dragon remains *lol* while 09c last more than 3 months
