I've been using non-abrasive disinfectant on my rubbers for a long time now. It preserves the grip nicely, and my last pair of rubbers was still grippy as hell when I threw them into trash.

Tim Bergling, AKA Avicii died today. For the longest time his song "Wake Me Up" was basically the unofficial anthem of the ITTF World Tour, always playing in between matches. Every time I hear it on the radio, I think of table tennis.
