a real match is a battle of minds, the calmer you are under pressure, the better you perform. Maybe you can do counter loops in practice like pros but in a real match your state of mind is different. I can only suggest you to train with unpredictable balls, and try to be calm and focus in the match.

Yes I think they make the Gold versioin not tacky to increase the speed. The same for National Blue sponge version, it has the same topsheet as Gold but bouncier, heavier sponge. But the price is double so I'll still stick to Gold after tried out 1 sheet of National
