  6. CNT "specially manufactured rubbers"

There are many fake 'National Version' DHS rubbers out there, and not necessary that all have blue sponge. Ma Lin uses the normal orange sponge. Probably that they're factory tuned, before the receiving the ITTF stamp. Tuning after the official ITTF stamp is considered illegal. And yes also that...

  8. Stiga Rosewood NCT V or Stiga Ebenholdz NCT V

I'm sorry Johndol for the late reply. I do get a little vibration with the Ebenholz VII, but just enough feedback in the 'feel' department. Like Carl said, it's a very solid blade and gives you a clear crisp sound when you hit the ball at it's sweet spot. The Offensive NCT is a very light weight...
  9. Stiga Rosewood NCT V or Stiga Ebenholdz NCT V

You bet Carl! :) So far it's the best blade I ever had. The other day I accidentally hit the edge of the table and the ply at the top of the blade came off. The ball hit the net after a FH loop, and I was already moving backwards. As a result I lunged forward before the ball bounced the 2nd time...

  11. Weight transfer on BH loop

I am a rightie and my left knee was killing me...the the MCL, inside left knee. It's because I twist my knee every time when I hit an inside out FH. Now, I've corrected my footwork, and it's slowly recovering. Your left knee will hurt if you reach far to the left for your BH topspins since all...

  14. stiga blade

It's almost impossible to get the grade A products coz there are so few of them around, and it's usually given to the sponsored players. You can get a very good grade B if you buy from an established supplier, who has been in the business for a very long time.
  15. The Mythical Double Bounce Loop

The contact was soo fine, that the ball did not have a forward momentum. It floated and bounced short, making the 2nd bounce on the table. Not so mythical now, is it? hehehe

  20. Are my rubbers okay?

Don't change just yet, if I were you. It takes time. Get the technique right, and then if you feel it's too fast, then only you change. Don't waste your money buddy. Usually there is nothing wrong with the set up...just us :)
