That would work, it's not that much. Remember however, that it's more about rounding the edges because if you just sand straight and keep the current shape, you'll still get the same issue just higher.

I think you'd be fine with O7P on the FH and O7E on the BH. Nittaku Violin is an excellent blade that I actually find to very controllable (ALL+ to OFF-) while having a lot of flex. Cheers!

When in doubt, go for the middle: 1.9-2.0mm. If it feels too fast / not controllable enough, go down; if if starts feeling too slow, go up. Personally, I think it's more about getting the right rubber for your level. In OP's case, I think Xiom Vega Intro in 2.0mm would be a good recommendation...

DHS H301 is still a bit stiff with its koto outer. For a cheap but good inner carbon blade, I would recommend the Yinhe/Galaxy Pro Feeling.

You could try the Harimoto Innerforce ALC with your current rubbers, although you could probably benefit more from a 5-ply all-wood OFF- blade with more control like the Butterfly Primorac or Korbel if you're still learning many of the techniques and tactics.

Yea agree, what you mentioned for blade and rubbers is fine. Xiom Vega Intro in 2.0mm would be a safer choice than Rozena, if you get Rozena get it in 1.7mm. Whichever rubbers you get, get the same one on both sides, same thickness too, one black and one red of course.
