Your FH technique looks quite good, also looks like a very European stroke. Maybe Euro rubbers fit you best, but I suggest you use what feels best to you. As far as blades go, what 5-ply wood blades are you currently using? Maybe a 7-ply or an inner carbon blade might be good step-ups.

True FX-P is quite soft and more like T64 FX. T64 is unique in the way is has that soft topsheet on a hard sponge. R47 and V47 then.

I had the same problem with Butterfly Free Chack, but not so much with the Free Chack II which I currently use and like. The Donic Vario Clean glue is very good. The Nittaku one is thick and dries very fast but can be diluted with water, not my favorite kind.

I'd say go back to 1.8 or 2.0mm right away either with your previously used rubbers or by purchasing new ones even if cheaper rubbers (Xiom prices are good). 1.4mm is way too thin for the modern attacking game and the plastic ball. Also, once that's done, do focus on your footwork.

Primorac is not that soft of a blade, and Rakza 7 Soft are still 40 deg. If you're scared it'll be too soft, then definitely go for Xiom Vega Europe (42 deg) in 2.0mm both sides, it's a great rubber and you can't beat the price. If you get Rozena, since it's less dynamic, maybe get it in 2.1mm...
