    G1 and GA8 are pretty standard ESN rubbers, meaning good speed, good spin, good control. Don't think there is a real big difference between them. I found R45 to be a bit slow for me.

    I have the 40d, and it doesn't feel hard by any means for me. The rubber kinda has a soft, dwelly feeling to it.
