Yeah Carl..(the Carl that I know is right side up though), I usually clean my rubbers with damp cloth, but during play, just my hands and sometimes my pants. I can't afford to keep buying rubber cleaners dici, especially if I am using Hurricanes!! hehehe

I tried Donic Acuda S3 on Sardius and it's absolutely super for BH loop. I just need to uncork my wrist a little and the ball would just fly over the net. Not fast, but serious spin. Very soft, and brilliant sound.:)

I'm using Xiom Vega Pro for my BH, and it has serve me well. In fact I've gone through 3 of them. This is my 4th Vega Pro. They're harder than Europe and Asia version, but it suits me well. You can try the Xiom Sigma or Omega Euro version. Nice soft sponge with tensor rubbers.

I think it's a material that they use. Limba-limba-tung tree-limba-limba for Nittaku Acoustic, and white ash-white ash-kiri-white ash-white ash for Nittaku Violin. What's unique about these two is the way they're constructed.
