Looks like FZD time at top was too short. Wang Chuqin seems to have what FZD never had - Consistency and Tactical play. As a matter of fact , none of the FZD's wins in this event were dominant. Not sure how he lost his mojo. May be Wang Hao's coaching is not working out !!

But the way Liam destroyed Ziyang was very impressive. Ziyang is no pushover by any means but Liam confidently blasted him away. Goes on to show Liam is top class act now.

Yan An is unfortunately the most underrated player of CNT. I love his game. But Lebesson can be tricky guy to handle for anyone. Of course handling illegal serves will be tricky for anyone for that matter

The most interesting thing to me to watch out for in 2019 will be how CNT responds to Ito and Harimoto threat. Considering the fact , FZD is erratic lately and ML is injured for long, it will be interesting to see how general LGL will pick his players for pre Olympic year. And I have no doubt...

I just wish captain does not fade away like ZJK. These nagging injuries are not good news for CNT players especially late in their career.

Wang Hao might be another reason behind his bad form. Seems like their combination is not working well for FZD.

Wow FZD in arguably the worst form of his life is still with only 4 losses. I think he is trying some experimental stuff during the Super league due to which he is missing more shots than usual.
