I use both Butterfly Speed Optimizer and Paraffin oil (Lamp oil) for the paraffin oil I tend to see it decline in speed within a week to a week and a half pending on how much I play. But, if you go with something like Speed Optimizer that could last you upwards of 3 weeks or so. I just like...

Hi there!, I am currently ranked at 1468 in the USATT. I play maybe 4 or 5 tournaments a year the last one being the U.S. Open this past summer. But, I can usually give 1800 players a run for their money when I play them. I currently reside in Denver and play around 4 times a week.
