I used to jump through car windows like that one guy in the video it isn't that tough but, all the other things are difficult especially when the guy place jumped from the pool...... you have to have mad crazy leg strength to do that
Yea Mitch is a super nice guy.... I attend his training sessions and RR's while I am in MN for holiday breaks to visit the Fam.... Also, the "New School" kid is Austin Preiss he frequents the clubs I attend out here in Denver..........and yes that is Adam Bobrow L-D he is so entertaining.
also I would think in the heat of a match a coach being there for like a mental equilibrium if you start getting to confident or start getting really frustrated, and a coach that knows you will also know how to calm you down and bring you back to your senses.
I have always thought the sport of table tennis to bring people together.... and projects like this further the movement and get people more active :-D....now only if this sort of idea came to the US :-(
At the current time I am training like this:
4-5 hours, 4 times a week (Mon, Thurs, Sat, Sun)
1-3 hours a week with coach
8-10 hours a week doing drills (Robot, Multiball)
5-7 hours a week doing matches, working on serve, and misc other things
how did you get matched with this teammate? Was it a coaches idea, one of the last people who didn't have a partner, or did you pick him? In any event I assume you are training for a competition; so if that said competition isn't really close I would suggest you find another available partner...
