During my football playing days, while playing for my state, the coach actually encouraged the keepers to play TT coz it improves their reflexes. So, I'm not surprise that most keepers are good at it.

If the toss starts from over the table, it is definitely illegal. I didn't scrutinize Timo's serve, because I thought he should know better. Tossing into the body is illegal though some pros get away with it. Like Carl said, serving on top of the table is illegal. If it's not, I'll be serving...
