  1. How many people (if any lol) want RIPPER to come back to England

OH dear, step ur game up guys you don't wanna be losing to Milsey haha :P
  2. Receiving very strong backspin?

It's something you have to find the right touch for, you need to have soft hands, keep your body low and head close to your bat when you go in for the ball. Some balls will have too much backspin on and you will have to just touch the ball and let it go over, others you may find you have the...
  3. How did i do this?

    I think....it was a short push! :D haha nice touch Dan :P
  4. Doubles partner.

um, ya don't lol I used to play doubles with my sister and that happened all the time so we stopped playing with each other and I found other partners who were better for me to play with longer term :D A good team is far more effective than the sum of both individual players and if there is...
  5. Most effective serves

Long backspin reverse serve for me, being a lefthander and serving it short for most of the match it comes back across their forehand into their body so it seems to be effective most of the time :D
  6. Odd question on movement!

Yes usually I do, it's pretty small odds that the ball is going to come right into the spot where I hit my forehand, especially when I am recovering after each shot, so I am always moving, it's just good practice to keep on your toes all the time :)
  7. Is your backhand better?

My backhand is better...that is all :P Just kidding. I don't agree that using a backhand to win a point is a bad thing, using backhands for 3rd ball attack is fine, some people have better technique on their backhand and better feeling for the more offensive play, it's good to have a full range...

  12. Training without effects!

If training isn't working for you then change the way you train, try different exercises or scenarios, more gameplay exercises etc.
  13. I need some help in executing slow spinny loops

;) too right. The best way to avoid that is to make sure you really use your legs and core to drive the ball deep. The closer to the back line you can drive the ball with heavy topspin the better, if it bounces short it's going to get eaten up real quick by someone like me :P
  14. Game Style )

Has some nice backhands in there and an ok short game, I think if he improved his service and did some more work on the third ball forehands he'd be heading in the right direction :) nice style though and plenty to work with!
  15. How many loops do you hit in practice?

No sweat I didn't read it that way anyway haha, when I said younger I was talking more when I was about 11 and 12 years old :P
  16. How many loops do you hit in practice?

Well my coach when I was younger was a chopper, so looping was a lot more difficult for me lol depends how young you are talking, I'm only 22 now (still young?) aha
  17. I need some help in executing slow spinny loops

Key thing to remember with slow spinny loops is not to execute the shot SLOWLY. Yes you are hitting the ball slow, but the weight transfer and body movement must still be fast to convert power into topspin. The angle of your swing and your bat must be the same, more open and vertical in this...
