  1. If Bruce Lee played table tennis...

The way of the exploding fist errrrr wrist... [Emoji2]
  2. Why do you boost?

You should wait at least a couple of days for the dome to flatten. Some rubbers even come with a slight reverse dome to make boosting easier. (Lookin' opposite to carl's pic) So the rubber won't be doming that much after boosting, but instead actually rather just flatten out.
  3. If Bruce Lee played table tennis...

Interesting. You could be totally right. Then meditating and chanting have some similarities, too. Nice. I guess i was wrong then. That Ball feeder for ZJK a couple of days ago from Ilia's Vid doesn't have Jedi Skillz, he must be a runaway shaolin monk. ;) Well anyway, here's another 1 :)
  4. Why do you boost?

I kinda agree, but a pro player told me that many pro players love Tenergy because its sponge is so good for boosting and therefore many pros boost it. But personally i didn't find the need to boost mine, totally opposite to my H3N.
  5. Why do you boost?

Well i've started playing TT in the early eighties, when speedglue-play was not only popular it was everywhere. So boosting doesn't give me headaches, especially since it's not as harmful as speedglueing. Using a boosted H3 is a totally different world compared to a non-boosted one. The rubber...
  6. If Bruce Lee played table tennis...

That is pretty much the quintessence of Prause's statement of tabletennis 'magic' in China. Good one, Dan. So tabletennis is like a modern day civilized form of fighting...
  7. Fan Zhendong equipment

Quite simple. Cause it's fun and people jump to conclusions or believe in hearsay and try to make them look like facts. I remember one dude who even set up a webpage to make his conclusions look legit. ;) I guess if FZD would show his racket plies directly in front of a cam's lense, some would...
  8. Shakehanders learning to play penhold (for fun)

Do you mean something like this here? ;)
  9. Using slow videos as training tool

Great tool to see if someone's really doing what he thinks he's doing. May i ask how many fps you used and what kind of cam you used in the vid, Giangt? That quintic tool sounds great as well. I guess i'll have to try out the trial version. :) Thanks Dan. Have you also recorded vids of your...
  10. New helping tool for shadow drills found

Good catch, Ilia. Thanks for posting. The way Gardos does it really looks exhausting, but i believe it's very good for one's quickness. Great. :)
  11. Multiball please

Absolutely true. :D Very impressive how they move. ZJK could be "the flash" in one of the next marvel productions. ;) I feel blitzed. But you're still right. That coach must have Jedi skillz.
  12. Multiball please

Filming CAN be good, but some people tend to deny the truth, even if t's right in their face. I once filmed one of our youngsters to show him his T-Rex Topspin (the syllable Top is a little misplaced here) and all he did was being proud being caught on film....
  13. Multiball please

@carl: I might be wrong, but i think this time, you weren't meant, buddy ;) @Ilia: Unbelievable. That's close to lightningspeed. Is that really real? ;)
  14. Multiball please

That speed. Amazing. That was totally incredible. Thanks for sharing, Ilia. But i'm not sure if ZJK is human. :) DoctorPaco, a robot is a good thing, but without a well developed solid technique or a coach watching and correcting the chances are quite high that some bad habits sneak in. Maybe...
  15. Celebrities playing Table Tennis!

For those who haven't heard of him before, here's an interesting interview. http://www.vulture.com/2015/07/will-shortz-played-ping-pong-for-1000-days.html Tabletennis daily for now way more than 1000 days in a row. Amazing guy.
  16. February 17th, A Good Day To Be Born

Happy Carlday. Have a good one, Buddy.
  17. Celebrities playing Table Tennis!

Ooops, caught me. Is that Deborah Vivarelli over there? Godda go.... ;) Glad you like them, too. ;) That really sounds like a winner, carl. Quite strange they couldn't see the positive aspects about that. Maybe you spoke to the wrong person, who just isn't visionary enough about to see the...
  18. Timo Boll Interview: About 80% of pro's are using illegal rackets

Hahaha. That's a good one. :) I guess nobody has, except maybe the ones making and selling them. ;) BTW: i had to re-edit my post. Of course i've meant the majority. But seems as if you understood me anyway. ;) Thanks.
  19. Celebrities playing Table Tennis!

Oh right. The others aren't real, only 'cause you don't know 'em? You're pretty cool, mate. ;) Not sure what you're tryin' to prove, is this here better now, Bobpuls? The Real Ronaldo The other Ronaldo ;)
