    And continues :)
  2. Best youtube channels

Truest post on this forum :)
  3. Ma Long the "bad seed"?

Ma Lin peaks at big tournaments, Ma Long doesn't. That is the entire point. But here in Dortmund Ma Long gets his so much-th chance to prove that he can peak in big tournaments. You imply that he never gets a chance to play, which is not true. He has played 1 or 2 (not sure) World Cup singles...
  4. Best youtube channels

Does anyone know this channel? http://www.youtube.com/user/MrTheportal?feature=watch It has great quality Asian Champs matches and more. I had never seen this channel before :o
  5. Ma Long the "bad seed"?

I don't think LGL has a favourite. He is been pretty critical on ZJK as well. People are just underestimating the fact that he hasn't won majors. Ma Long's big issue remains if he can handle real pressure. 6 consecutive Pro Tour victories don't change that. It doesn't have to do with LGL's...
  6. Go!go! Japan!

only in Japan I guess :p We're not bad, but Japanese are good hehe.
  7. Can China Go Without Dropping a Match in the World Team Competition

Well in the World Cup the biggest fight was against Russia who came 2-1 up. Who had expected that. You never know what will happen :)
  8. crazy formations that may shock China

Indeed Korea has the best chance overall. But Germany has two players who could take 2 matches. I'm not so sure about Korea on that one. Korea has 3 players that can all win a match, Germany is missing that 3rd player capable of winning a match. Japan is not strong enough yet, but this team can...
  9. crazy formations that may shock China

You might want to change Kishikawa for Koki Niwa now :p Also the 3rd member of Germany is a hard one to pick. Baum, Steger and Süss are all sort of equal, though with different playing styles.
  10. Can China Go Without Dropping a Match in the World Team Competition

Good point. Dima almost beat Zhang Jike at the World Cup, and beat Wang Hao in the World Team Cup. Also Ryu Gave Ma Long at his best some trouble.
  11. World Team Championships 2012

Well in fact Niwa and Yoshimura were the risk factors, so you could say that they should only let one of them play, together with 2 of Jun, Seiya or Kenta. But indeed Seiya didn't contribute his part, while Niwa did. Other suprises: CHUANG Chih-Yuan -PATTANTYUS Adam 10-12 10-12 6-11 0-0...
  12. World Team Championships 2012

Absolutely. Kishikawa is the biggest letdown here though in my opinion. As the leader of the team in that match, he should have won both his matches, but he won none.
  13. Go!go! Japan!

Thanks for all the updates!! Really nice of the Japanese staff to help with the ankle injury :D
  14. Can China Go Without Dropping a Match in the World Team Competition

I think Ryu has a decent chance too, and as we have seen, Skachkov and Robinot have a shot too ;)
  15. World Team Championships 2012

Stiga's video of their day with the CNT! Really cool :D Ma Long has never seen horses before? :p
  16. World Team Championships 2012

Wouldn't you just cry if your multi-ball feeder was Xiao Zhan:
  17. Can China Go Without Dropping a Match in the World Team Competition

I think they will drop one or more matches, providing that Ma Lin and Wang Hao play a substantial amount of matches. If Ma Long, Zhang Jike and Xu Xin would play everything, a clean sweep will be very possible.
  18. Table Tennis - Prejudices

Only played on camping sites and occasionally in schools or parks.
  19. World Team Championships 2012

    Indeed, here is Denmarks official players list: Serial PLAYER_NO Player Name Assoc TEAM_NO Gender 1 DEN1 BENTSEN Allan DEN 126 M 2 DEN2 GROTH Jonathan DEN 126 M 3 DEN3 STERNBERG Kasper DEN 126 M 4 DEN4 HINDERSSON Mikkel DEN 126 M
  20. Performing when exhausted

When you are exhausted, you need to rely more on tactics than on power. So force yourself to think well about your services. You might want to take a little more risk in serving to pull off stronger serves, allowing you to close down the point early. Also don't forget that when you are playing...
