I think it won't be as tiring as cycling on average. Unless you play matches against players your level or better all the time. Just play easy for a couple of hours/minutes, fool around a bit, do funny stuff. As long as ur playing table tennis it's good I guess, it doesn't have to be 24hrs match...

Haha yeah it is quite efficient, but at some point players started to return them or place better so that I couldn't slap anymore. Like low over the net, semi-long shots. But in the vid u also spin those, so that's good haha.
