I believe it was Schlager actually who advised to start with the rubber that you intend to use once you reach higher levels, i.e. don't start on junk like Sriver, but starting on a slower blade and that incrementing that as you improve.

Interesting - I am mostly hearing the opposite, which is that pros are taking on lighter blades now because of the heavier rubbers and they don't want their racket setups to get too heavy overall...whereas heavy blades 90+ were quite common among pros prior to the hybrid revolution

05 is better for punch/flat blocking, this shot is 09c's only major weakness essentially, 05 also creates more power with a shorter stroke

A good number of pro players use 05FH and 09C bh as well.

Nobody has a Dignics 09c equivalent but the closest thing they have would be the Dynaryz ZGR. I believe ZGR is heavier though but I am not 100% sure.

Ok. I disagree. I have seen many developing players use Rozena without issue and I don't really see anyone using Sriver anymore but your experience may be different. No rubber "makes you learn how to create your own power" though anyone using Rozena should not have any issues doing so...
