  1. Durability of D80 and D64?

Hi, I am interested in the durability of dignics 80 and dignics 64. Like many others I have played with d05 and d09c before, and they both last me forever, especially d05 As I understand, d80 and d64 play alot softer than d05? how is the durability affected by that? if they last as long as d05...
  2. Joola Zhou Qihao Super AL-c 90 review

I got a good deal on a used ZH90 blade, FL. Weight is 86g, frequency measures ~1570hz I attached two used rubbers in great condition. FH: Hurricane 3 Neo 37 (boosted), BH Fastarc G1 in max The blade weights 184g in total. Minimally headheavy but nothing in comparison to my AJH TMXi Pro. The...
  3. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Thank you @Tony's Table Tennis , the video gave me a good idea on what to do. I will try to give it a go tomorrow, lets see if I get a chance to record aswell. On a sidenote: For someone with my technique, using H3N Blue Sponge (39) on forehand, would you recommend to keep using it while...
  4. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Regarding stepping earlier, does this refer to moving faster after finishing a shot to get into the ready position for the next shot? Or to initiate the motion with my right foot earlier once in ready position, so that I can hit the ball earlier? Thank you Tony :)
  5. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Hi Tony, thanks for your advice. I will try to implement it next time. With the "above 2 in play", do you mean incorporating stepping ealier and hitting harder, or do you mean my practise partner and me in match play? Cheers
  6. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

I had ordered a 90g backup, but it measured 1430hz, and the pitch was closer to a Viscaria. Just from bouncing the ball, it was clear that it would play completly different in comparison to my 88g version. I overall very much like my 88g, and am just looking for a bit more zip or pop. Maybe I...
  7. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

I have been using TMXi Pro for about a month now, should be 30+ hours. I am very happy with this blade. I have more feeling and stability than with the Hugo HAL that I played before. I think the linearity of TMXi Pro is what makes the difference for me. There is never something unexpected...
  8. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Thank you all for your awesome feedback. I agree with what you all said, but its hard to implement everything at the same time. For now, I will focus on bending my hips more and then fully rotating my upper body. Its obvious that I kind of stop the motion, and my upper body does not properly...
  9. I am looking for that 'effortless forehand topspin mechanics' tip

I just found the video you posted after looking for tips to get a more effortless Forehand. Does the coach basically say that instead of leaning your upper body forward (dragging you down), you should bend your knees while maintaining an upright/straight upper body? I just tried it that way in...
  10. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Yes, that‘s right. I have never been good at producing high spin on normal / block balls. The arc is often a bit flat. On backspin openups, I know how to produce much better spin with a strong arc that dips near the end of the table. I am sure there are fundamental flaws in my technique :D
  11. Kindly asking for feedback and tips to improve my technique

Hi community, time to take a break from EJ. I recorded myself doing some loops and hope that the better players out there can help a hobby player like me out. These days I feel really uncomfortable on my FH. My spin is low. I feel like I am hitting late or too close to my body, and I am...
  12. New Butterfly Rubber: Proudo44 P.I. (프라우드44 P.I.)

I was browsing around on a few Korean websites, and found this. A new rubber from Butterfly, called "Proudo44 P.I.". Apparently, this was created for the large ball. In this case, the "large ball" does not refer to the typical 40mm ball (2.7g), but to a 44mm ball (2.4g). These larger balls are...
  13. New Blade Journey and Jinshi KLC

Thanks for the reply. That is interesting, GAN said it is similar to W968 structure, so I assumed it had a bigger headsize aswell. Then it will play pretty differently to my AJH TMXi Pro, or W968, I assume
  14. New Blade Journey and Jinshi KLC

Whats the headsize on the regular KLC, and the KLC Pro version? And what is the average weight for KLC, and KLC Pro respectively? @Silver Server how much did you pay to GAN for the Pro version? Cheers
  15. Alternative for boosted h3 neo, for a kid

A bit offtopic, but question regarding D09c: For us hobby players (intermediates) who have a hobby player impact, how long does the d09c last? Is the durability really alot better than typical ESN rubbers?
  16. Xiom new collection (2024)

Still no news on Omega 8 or Hugo TMX? Seems like it hasnt even been released in the Korean market. Almost all of their recent ads focus on apparel, granted their design and color choices look awesome. Meanwhile, 36.5 lineup (ALX and ALXi) is discontinued according to XIOM Europe
  17. Blade defect after sealing?

I totally agree with you. As disappointed as I was after I saw what happened to my blades, the customer support was excellent from Xiom. Extremely friendly and quick to respond + they replaced the blade. I wouldnt take this for granted
  18. Blade defect after sealing?

My point is that I dont even know if the person I wrote with can be sure of this information, as some of their other infos regarding blades was incorrect aswell
  19. Blade defect after sealing?

I was simply stating what Xiom told me. During my conversation with them, they also told me that „(…) blades can be extra sealed if customer want to avoid from possibility of damage when rubber takes off. Normally this damage happens with light Limba wood, as a production for example TMXi...
  20. Blade defect after sealing?

What I can say though is that atleast Xiom send me another blade as a replacement, and their communication was very fast. Nonetheless, what a day. Two very expensive blades, one totally ruined, one maybe fine or maybe not… this is not what you want or expect when paying for the premium line of...
