  1. Yasaka Rakza Z Review: Still a good hybrid rubber in 2026?

Even Z extrahard is kind of "dead". Very good service, very good opening of downspin balls, but its following attacks are very easy to return. Realy hard to counter with good quality and speed.
  2. My bh rubber

Glayzer 09c is not hard but tacky (which is good for FH imho). Try it.
  3. What is the meaning of CONTROL in a game?

Control - you are playing "your game", not opponents. Doesn't matter you block, counter or chop
  4. My Butterfly Dignics 09C Review: Why I think that most amateur players should avoid it

Spin is not everything. Crisp and fast counters are easier to activate with carbon. But it's a good advice, if you live in Europe close to Sweden:)
  5. Best Rubber Setup for Timo Boll ALC? (Coming from Rozena)

TB ALC and Primorac Carbon are absolutely different blades. PC is way faster\stiffer. I own both. If the TC is coming from PC+Rosena combination, I would recommend starting with the same rubbers first. TB ALC gives way more control than PC. Later if speed\spin from Rosena is not enough - there...
  6. My Butterfly Dignics 09C Review: Why I think that most amateur players should avoid it

If I may, I would like to add something important here. You are right about activating a sponge - it requires a proper technique especially with inner carbon or other "softer" blades, but by using "fast" blades like Primorac Carbon or Sardius - it is not a problem at all dues to their stiffness...
  7. Backhand rubber for Nittaku Acoustic

C1 is a bit softer, G1 is a bit harder. I would go with C1 first
  8. Butterfly Zyre 03

I don't need the speed at least for now. D05 performs for me almost ideally
  9. Butterfly Zyre 03

I've been playing with Zyre03 2.5 on my forehand last 2 weeks. And I have my opinion here too. Just for reference, I’m an experienced amateur player who returned to table tennis after a 25-year break from my “semi-pro competition” days when I was young (from age 8 to 13). I’ve now been...
  10. New Hugo rubbers from Joola

If they're "named" blades, why not to produce "named" rubbers?:) Hugo is famous enough to use his name on Joola equipment. And both can get benefits from this
  11. New Hugo rubbers from Joola

The rubber should be registered in ITTF to be played by Hugo. Nothing strange here, IMHO
  12. USATT Ratings down?

Yes, a mobile version looks a bit different, but I found it ok.
  13. USATT Ratings down?

They just hide all the profiles if you are not registered:) looks like the profiles are not available for anonymous users
  14. USATT Ratings down?

Unfortunately there is still no graphics with progress. But better looking than before. And where are profiles for other players, with search by name capabilities?
  15. Lim Jonghoon Signature Blade

    Another version of Viscaria
  16. Is it worth peeling of the glue if it looks like this?

Add another 2 layers of glue. It will help you to pilloff the old glue easy. Right now your layer of glue is too thin.
  17. USATT Ratings down?

The justGo platform is a significant downgrade at least at this moment. There is no history of matches, no league rating, no graphics with rating progress. I don't know who and how tested it before rolling it to everyone. But it looks and works sucks
  18. US Open Table Tennis Championships-2025 (16–21 December 2025)

Last year, Sukhada Kulkarni took golds in U1200, U1500, U1700, U1800. Beated 2240 player and got adjusted to 2135 after the US OPEN 2024 event. So unfortunately it happens every year
