Yokohama was still going on Monday, i guess only events ending the previous week get added. Feeder and Youth Contender are there, so it's not last week's ranking.

They copied the 25% seeding rule from Tennis, but draw sizes are very different in WTT for the major events. Masters 1000, which is the Champions equivalent in ATP mostly has 96 player fields, so you would never get top 10 facing in first rounds.
