  2. Table Tennis Tips: A better feeling with the ball

How does the difference feel? What sensations in the feeling change? I've been using Xiom IBond for quite a while now. Its runny af. I wonder. Whether i should put more than one layer of it.
  3. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

Welp. NDH. The problem is that some people are carbon ej-ing and at the same time they want to improve really fast. It is very hard to improve while you are not only using rocket launchers and you are changing stuff faster than you can adapt to it.+, The advice would be use slower equipment and...
  4. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

Welp. I have had similar approach. The thing I bounced away off Carbon blades and Hurricane rubbers is that with my current skill level and my current physique (with lungs messed by two covids) I cannot reliably play the ball over the table. Imagine ball 10 cm over the net. After switching to...

  8. Blade recommendation for off- to low off carbon blades in penhold

There is so many of them you are probably find one in any brand. Nittaku Acoustic is also dope. I also have Dyjas ultra power but it feels very hollow. 20-30 people in my club use Tibhar Curious, so I can recommend that blindly. Swat is also top selling blade in Japan for nth year in the row. I...
  9. Blade recommendation for off- to low off carbon blades in penhold

Swat or Tibhar Curious. Something 5.9-6mm range. What other all-wood blades have you used? I have a hypothesis that you might think carbon is doing work for you because you are already using very fast 5 ply that is not so flexy and hard (6.1mm).
  10. Blade recommendation for off- to low off carbon blades in penhold

Same boat. VPS V is already fast. Highly recommend trying a thin 7 ply. Good middle ground. Edit. It took me a while to appreciate it after stepping down from carbon. ~2 months 12hrs a week.

  12. Is it necessary to glue the blade and rubber?

welp. I have opposite experience. Yinhe booster-glue torn my limba on Donic Appelgren. That particular example I would not call exactly weak.
  13. Blade recommendation for off- to low off carbon blades in penhold

Welp I had opposite situation. I was using composite blades for 1.5years and now I switched to thin 7 plies. It is much much easier to stabilise strokes, because it is easier to keep the ball one the table. Dima Ovtcharov said in one of his videos (it might have been no.1 review with Dan) that...

  15. Is it necessary to glue the blade and rubber?

I highly suggest putting another layer over yinhe pre glued sheets. They are way too strong.
  16. Is it necessary to glue the blade and rubber?

Welp. Most wtb glues are contact glues. They love each other the most. All official (made by manufacturers) guides were using glue on both surfaces. I suggest doing the same.
  17. how to receive long underspin serve

Show us some footage m8. It will make the job a lot easier. Also what exactly are you trying to achieve? You want to return the ball long underspin? Short underspin? You want to loop it?
  18. Advice to play against 2000+ player?

I would focus on getting the ball where you want exactly on the table and not allowing opponent to smack it.
  19. Advice to play against 2000+ player?

When it comes to loosing to high level players I have a ton of experience :p (one of the kids I play with, fights in WTT this week <3). If you want to improve I suggest iterative approach. Play with the guy and make notes on where exactly you lost points. Work on those areas one by one. (for...
