  2. EJ Covid dreams, hungarian edition.

Nah it is not a sum of the best parts. Life taught me that "the sum of best things", does not really work in real life... The thing is, I started my table tennis life with Donic Appelgren Allplay Senso V2. I cannot stand if the blade has "handle balance". It feels like if I had one less joint...
  3. EJ Covid dreams, hungarian edition.

Donic Senso effect. Move balance to the head. Make vibrations easier to feel. EDIT: Long story I requested the Senso drilling, but OSP said that he could not drill through because the badge would not fit. So he moved the drilling inside the handle. He said it accomplishes the same thing...

You can do that just now, K1-K2 lineup.
  5. Why are rubbers so expensive?

That is your choice, I will not try to convince you to do otherwise. Just keep in mind that as a hint how much taxes and other costs contribute to rubbers (some difference in hurricane rubber price in EU and in China). If you ever got to change your mind, use Aliexpress, they do cashback if the...
  6. Why are rubbers so expensive?

Half sticky means that is sticky but ball does not stick to the paddle enough to hold it upside down. It helps spin and makes touching easier, but does not make the rubber feel so dead. I still think you should at some point order some AK47 from Aliexpress <10$. The rubber is non sticky, it has...
  7. EJ Covid dreams, hungarian edition.

A friend owed me a blade, so I decided to get a Virtuoso-, I also asked OSP to hollow the handle and he kindly complied. I won't be able to test this for another 2 weeks or so, because health issues :( But it looks like an art piece.
  8. Tibhar MX-D

If it is not tacky it looks like a winter rubber for me :D EDIT: To clarify, there are few venues where conditions are not ideal in the winter. I love tacky FH, but it sucks when condensation is a problem, so I was on the lookout for quite some time for a rubber that is not affected as much...
  9. Tibhar MX-D

Maybe MxS topsheet and MxP sponge?
  10. Tibhar MX-D

I read somewhere it is suppose to be mix of mxp and mxs.
  11. New Equipment 2021

I really like transition to metal plaques (on a condition at it is press metal, Xiom metal + sticker sucks). I don't have anything against paper under plastic though.
  12. Tibhar MX-D

    51.5 - 52 esn
  13. Tibhar MX-D

Maybe it will be Asia only... Europeans don't really love hard rubbers as much.
  14. Chinese rubbers getting wet problem

I had the same issues with all tacky rubbers no matter the brand or model.
  15. Chinese rubbers getting wet problem

Sorry, I cannot specify the exact conditions, I did not write down parameters. As far as I know, condensation happens if humidity is high or temperature is low, or mix `gradient mix of both` (what I mean there is a bit cold and bit humid etc).
  16. Chinese rubbers getting wet problem

I get the same issues when playing in either humid conditions or cold temperatures (by cold I mean close to 10deg c). I have not found solution though.

  18. Testing the Tibhar Bernadette Szocs Signature 1

Lovely. I think I will give it a try at some point. I wonder how it differs from Donic Dyjas Ultra Power.
  19. Opinion: Butterfly Pros using Tenergy were playing better than using Dignics

Plural second person, you as in people who posted in this thread.
  20. Opinion: Butterfly Pros using Tenergy were playing better than using Dignics

I think that you are missing one key point. Those players were not the only factor that has changed over time. The ball is constantly changing (there is big difference in different 40+ plastic balls). Opponent equipment also changed...
