Try doing FH top spin block excercice, but blocker puts the ball on 2/3 of the table (starting from FH). It will force you to move and anticipate.

As far as I remember, Bo2 had was much slower in low impact than viscaria, much flexier and had a tad slower top end speed. At least I couldn't play as fast with Bo2 as with Viscaria. That Viscaria had different rubber though. It had H3, and I used Battle 2.
