I don't think butterfly is a waste of money, just more expensive than some other brands. Many top players use butterfly.

I add something else, I think rubbers also depends on the blade you use. For example, the dhs 301 been a firmer blade it was less catapult with Rozena, however with my nittaku acoustic inner, been a softer wood it was to catapulty , so not linear in play. So far less control. Lot less gears...

Do you prefer glayzer or Rozena?

I think Rozena is more catapult when hit hard. Glazier I think is faster at normal shots. I do feel glazier lands deeper in the court. Which do you prefer? Which do you feel has more control especially at close court play?

I think start with Razka 7 , these guys have it 9.5 out of 10 for control. I tend to agree, a great all round rubber for beginners upwards.

How is it going now with the nittaku?

I use nittaku acoustic inner carbon blade. Found significantly more control on Razka 7 vs Rozena.

Rozena on softer blades I find catapult a bit on harder shots . on harder blades it's better like the inner carbon DHS 301. I learnt recently matching rubber to blade is important. However my son who uses primorac (wood) with Rozena plays well with it, so also depends on people's skill level...

Hi , I have also moved from Rozena rubbers to get more control to Yasaka Razka 7. It made a bit of difference. Also find Glazyer has more control than Rozena. Steve
