I bought mine on Amazon so not sure I could have chosen a weight as they don't advertise weight, I would have preferred around 88 grams. Amazon was significantly cheaper than other places including eBay

interesting, the more dense the faster it most likely be. Nittaku seems to have wide variance though , TT website measured there's at 82g and mine is 94g. To me to much variance. It would nearly like playing with a nearly different blade.

Mine is 5.7mm thick vs 5.5mm of the old version, I think it will be a little faster than the older model

That's heavy 193, mine is 183g with butterfly rubbers. Maybe get lighter rubbers.

I know the butterfly innerforce layer alc has limba piles as well. Limba tends to be softer provide more feeling and control. It's slightly thicker than the nittaku and I heard slightly faster. I haven't used it though.

Why didn't you get the Butterfly Innerforce then if it was more comfortable and lighter?

No, but I read the g revision is somewhere in between the large and small handle. Its 85mm circumferance at its thinnest point, about 2-3 mm more than my Korbel so slightly larger than the korbel flared blade. Similar to the Butterfly primorac handle. Very easy to hold and seems less head heavy...

The Nittaku acoustic inner carbon g revision, just upgraded from The Butterfly Korbel (japan). Both great blades. With limba piles for more feeling/control and reasonable speed.
