  1. Clipper Wood (Original) vs CR

I didn't try to suggest using grip tape. I use it to not damage the handle itself. I've got sweaty hands problem. For me grip take is a must. As I said, I've made measurements in a way that grip tape did not influence results.
  2. Clipper Wood (Original) vs CR

I should have held it a bit different to get better results, but this should be good enough. On the bottom of the handle I peeled of the wrap. On the top of the handle I measured where there is no handle wrap only electrical tape. Results should be good enough for comparison sake. Handle is one...
  3. Clipper Wood (Original) vs CR

I'll post dimensions of mine in a sec.
  4. Clipper Wood (Original) vs CR

You might consider Donic Dyjas. Same composition as clipper but thinner (and with bigger handle than those new Stiga stuff)
  5. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

What if my footwork is garbage but I like hard rubbers?
  6. Joola Golden Tango PS on backhand

I can not recommend anything specific. My favorite so far is Vega China/Jupiter 2 for FH, Tenergy 05/GewoELPro48 BH, but it does not mean its be all, end all solution to all the problems. I think if we can see you play it might be easier. If you don't want to share your feed, that is ok. Pretty...
  7. Joola Golden Tango PS on backhand

Should be fine, but keep in mind might be hard to adapt for you. In the other thread you said you are using Mantra S, but lacking power. I think that using either MX-S or Rakza Z will require more effort from you. Those hard sponges can produce higher speed and spin, but also require more effort...
  8. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

The prices of most rubbers here are same as in the rest of Europe. Yasaka seems to be only outlier I've found. We are in the Eu so we are don't have much premium over ESN stuff. (xiom rubbers are even outstandingly cheap here, especially omegas 7 had awesome prices lately) I don't think that...
  9. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

Also I am curious about whether Rakza Z become garbage in humid conditions like most of tacky rubbers.
  10. Best WBG to boost

You don't boost rubbers with WBG. If you want to buy glue to use as a barrier, use thick one. DHS makes thicker glues that are supposably ideal to use before booster.
  11. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

It seems that we just have crappy yasaka distributor :/ Wysłane z mojego ONEPLUS A6013 przy użyciu Tapatalka
  12. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

In Poland Rakza Z is more expensive than most of Esn rubbers here on Poland. Joola Golden Tango PS is 30$, Vega China 30$, Blue grip C1 in presale for 45$ ( can't see it now available) while Rakza Z is about 50. (Calculated with exchange rate roughly 3.71)
  13. Rubber not sticking to blade

I would also advise letting the glued bat lie underneath some heavy books overnight. I do it everytime I glue boosted rubbers, because they don't neceserilly always want to lay down flat.
  14. Rubber not sticking to blade

It shouldn't. Steel wool also has grits (levels of abrasiveness). I've used steel wool to clean my guitar fingerboard. Great to remove finger grease. It looks like this. We used it once when a local player used some form of goo to glue the rubbers... Limba surface wasn't damaged that day.
  15. Rubber not sticking to blade

    American name for steel wool
  16. Dignics 09c vs hurricane 3

I didn't say you don't need to engage sponge. I said that you need to have just right contact. Not too thin, not too thick. I don't want to say what that contact is, because I can feel if do it right, but I don't know what the sponge is doing at that time. What I consider brush is stroke that...
  17. Dignics 09c vs hurricane 3

Agreed! That's why you don't need to hit hard. You need to brush with high acceleration and with just right contact. Raw power is not enough. Technique, touch and finesse is what is required to get benefits from H3. Without those it is empty annoying brick as some might be calling those.
  18. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

I would say his technique is very adequate.
  19. Pongfinitys equipment

Otto now uses Timo Bill Alc.afaik.
  20. FS/FT: Xiom AZXi (with optional r53 and d05)
