That's common, most right wing politicians over here (🇭🇷) who are old enough to have been members of the communist party HAVE been members of the communist party.
Every former communist country is similar in that regard, the hypocrisy of Kaja Kallas is the norm, not an exception.
09:15 Truls complains about the ball touching Sidorenko's shirt, the coach tells him to shut up and play. :ROFLMAO:
I remember watching this video a decade ago, thinking the feisty little Swede is either going to burn out or become world class.
No, politicizing the sport is not okay, regardless of who does it.
What "WTT elites" are doing pales in comparison to the ETTU. Remember, it took a CAS ruling to get them to lift the blanket ban on Russian and Belarusian players.
Oh, and since we're in here discussing politics, how do you...
Travesty is enforcing a rule that doesn't exist.
I'm not saying it shouldn't exist. Personally, I'd do away with the verticality requirement altogether and increase the height requirement a bit, perhaps even double it. This would would ensure it's tossed upwards and not sideways.
If we're gonna go pedantic, note that there is still at this time no such rule anywhere in the ITTF handbook that mentions a 30 degree angle.
The server shall then project the ball near vertically upwards
This is the letter of the law. The 30° nonsense is an arbitrary travesty.
Spent the day in Ljubljana yesterday, had a great time.
Watching the semis on YouTube right now, and OH MY GOD, the commentator sounds like he's covering a funeral!
Literally not having a commentator at all is better than this.
